Skills for Tomorrow is an online community training programme by BT designed to provide essential digital skills training for 10 million school children, families and businesses across the UK.

To help BT reach its goal of 10 million completed courses by 2025, we reviewed what improvements could be made to the platform's UX and UI to help users find and complete the course that was right for them.

To achieve this, we used a range of methods to help us identify areas for improvement. These areas included a complete site-wide audit of the UX and UI, competitor research, an extensive look through the analytics and a technical discovery to see what was possible within the BT framework.

Based on our research, we highlighted several areas for improvement that could be implemented both in the short and long term. These areas included the course cards, BT branded course pages and homepage sub-navigation looking at themes and subcategories.
