Grand Central Apartments is a luxury residential tower based in Kings Cross consisting of 68 apartments and three penthouses.
Working with the Creative Director, who designed and developed the brand identity and art direction, my role was to turn this vision into an online presence.
With the scheme still technically a building site, the website needed to paint an aspirational picture of the local neighbourhood, building and apartment offering, driving potential sales leads to get in touch with the sales agents.
Taking the bold decision to still launch amid the pandemic in 2020, and whilst the building itself was still in an early build stage, the brand and accompanying marketing collateral played a significant role in driving off-plan sales.
Selling 80% in its first launch weekend, and one year from completion, Grand Central Apartments only had one apartment remaining.
