Lucent w1 is 110,000 sq ft of cutting-edge office space unfolding around a central atrium that floods all five floors with natural light. It’s a space to think, to innovate and recharge at the intersection of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.
With a brand in place, Landsec came to Pollitt & Partners to develop this further into large-format digital executions that would excite and engage passers-by and attract prospective tenants. This took the form of a full-screen takeover on Europe's largest advertising display, Piccadilly Lights.
My role was to use key messaging and brand assets to create a dynamic 30-second showreel that showcased the building and its offering.
